How do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat rate for shipping based on carton size and weight. Depending upon order size, we generally ship cartons that are sized for either 36 or 50 BenchBuddy seat cushions. Unless requested otherwise, all products are shipped UPS Ground. Our shipping prices are updated regularly when UPS adjusts their rates. Please contact us for the most current shipping rates.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Every effort is made to ship your order as quickly as possible. Standard BenchBuddy's are an in-stock item, and are usually shipped within three business days. Special orders that involve screen printing will typically ship within 7 to 10 business days after the artwork has been approved. This is due to the additional labor involved. We advise our customers to take this in to consideration when planning their order for special occasions.
